GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALES

The General Conditions of Sale set out below govern the sale of products made through the site www.ghiotto.eu.
These General Conditions of Sale form an integral part of any proposal, purchase order and purchase order confirmation of products marketed by Ghiotto in force on the date of the relevant order. The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to refer only and exclusively to the direct sale to consumers of Ghiotto's products. 
 

CONTRACTUAL FORMALISATION

All sales contracts will be concluded exclusively with access by the consumer to the site www.ghiotto.eu, using distance communication technology through the Internet.
The purchase orders transmitted must be exactly completed in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the exact identification of the products ordered among all those included in the catalogue, which can be consulted on the site www.ghiotto.eu, the consumer and the place of delivery.
The purchase order is to be understood as the consumer's contractual proposal expressed by electronic means.
The order confirmation shall have the value of confirmation of the order data and acceptance of the contract proposal.
The contract shall be deemed concluded and binding for both parties at the time the purchase order confirmation is sent to the consumer. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly completed orders.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Delivery costs of the purchased products are borne by the customer.
Delivery of the products will be subject to payment by the customer of the relevant price communicated in the correspondence.
Terms and conditions of delivery other than those set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be agreed in advance and accepted in writing.

PRICES

The sales prices of the products listed in the catalogue on the www.ghiotto.eu website are in euros and do not include VAT and any other taxes. 
The prices of the products listed on the site may be subject to change. Each new price indication for each product will cancel and replace the previous price indications. The prices applied shall always and only be those indicated on the site at the time of the customer's purchase order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

In our shop the customer can pay in the following ways:

1. PAYPAL
The world's most popular online payment system. Via the Paypal platform you can pay with any type of credit or prepaid card or from your Paypal account. Once the order is confirmed, the system switches to the paypal security page where you will enter your password to confirm the payment. The system is encrypted and has the most advanced anti-fraud filters.
It also offers additional guarantees for buyers with Purchase Protection or reimbursement of the cost of any returns

2. CREDIT CARD - STRIPE

We can accept almost all credit cards (VISA,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) via the STRIPE payment system. This system has encrypted data and a security and anti-fraud system of the highest level. The system is very fast, simple and reliable.
The transaction will only be charged to the customer's credit card after

the credit card details have been verified (on a secure server directly from PayPal - Stripe, we will not have any direct access to your data).
the debit authorisation has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
