DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS
MODE OF DELIVERY
All orders placed on www.ghiotto.eu will be delivered to the consumer through trusted couriers and/or forwarding agents. Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of the order. The address indicated by the consumer for delivery may also be different from the address of the purchaser.
DELIVERY TIMES
The products will be delivered within 30 days starting from the day after the day on which the order is transmitted, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. The consumer who wishes to change the delivery address of the goods after placing the order, may make the request directly by sending an e-mail to ghiotto.official@gmail.com.
The request shall be accepted if the order has not already been processed.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ITALY
Shipping within Italy varies depending on the weight of the shipment and is usually delivered in 1-3 working days.
The following rates apply:
0 to 4 lb € 12.00
4 to 11 lb € 14.00
11 to 22 lb € 15.00
22 to 33 lb € 19.00
33 to 44 lb € 21,00
from 44 lb to over € 25,00
SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Shipping to America varies depending on the weight of the shipment and is usually delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
